Summer News and Thank You to City Council Members Stephen Levin and Brad Lander!

This summer brought with it a flurry of activity. Here are just a few recent highlights: the Museum's vintage cars got their first cleaning in two years by a Credit Suisse community service program! Revelers attending the BoCoCa Arts Festival were treated to a live performance by the band Colorform on the Museum's platform (pictured). And the Museum unveiled its new ADA-accessible entrance at the corner of Court and Schermerhorn Streets. Click here to watch a report on the ribbon-cutting ceremony!

The New York Transit Museum would like to thank City Council Members Stephen Levin and Brad Lander for supporting the Museum's education and youth programs. With their help, teachers and kids can visit the Museum for guided programs on the history of transit and its impact on the city. More than 20,000 students are served annually.
